9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais — LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), the Brazilian Civil Code, and the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code shall apply where relevant.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Comarca of Florianópolis, State of Santa Catarina, Brazil. Both parties hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in those courts.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
